Refund Requirements

  • Please note, any items purchased at discounted prices during any type of Sale period such as Black Friday or Boxing Day are only subject to size exchanges and not change of mind returns due to the discounted nature of our pricing.
  • All items purchased for full price, which are unused and undamaged can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • If you ship your intended return after the 14 day return period, the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
  • All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • All return costs are to be incurred by the customer, Giovvani currently does not offer a prepaid return option.
  • Returns must be coordinated with our customer service team, please do not return any items prior to liaising with our support otherwise it will not be processed.

IMPORTANT - We do not accept returns of used products. Examples of used products includes shoes with dirty soles, creased/wrinkled external leather, used smells and any other wear and tear. Items must also be returned packaged the same as received.

How To Return An Order

To return an item please follow this procedure:

  1. Email and provide your order number and specify the items you wish to return, including the reason for your return.

  2. After we have confirmed your request, please re-pack the item to its original condition.

  3. Please ship your package to the return address given by the customer service team, any returns shipped to alternate addresses, will not be processed.
  1. Return your tracking number to our customer support team so that this can be issued to our returns team who can oversee the delivery of your return and process it as quickly as possible.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, email our support team with the correct product/size/colour you would like it replaced with.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
